producer-code-r8.6

About SN116 Carbon

Cut on the owner's word, 2026-10-13. He confirmed the cut directly in the PR Head session; the approval reached the PR Head first as a relay ("Approve both 1 and 2"), and a release cut is not made on a relayed approval. Commit: e9a2800 Previous tag: producer-code-r8.5 at 77f2c30 WHY THIS TAG EXISTS. The public testnet intake needs both of these, and every release from r8.3 to r8.5 predates the first: #1267 (PLT-15, merged 392bc55): trusted-proxy intake and public commitment binding. Verified an ancestor of this commit. OWNER-INTAKE-EXPOSURE-02 (#1289, merged c462f14): the owner's exposure acceptance. The intake refuses to start unless this decision file is in its own checkout, so a tag without it is useless to the AX42. Verified present at this exact commit. ALSO CARRIED, BY BEING ON MAIN RATHER THAN BY CHOICE: #1251: the screening-ladder grain fix (rule name, not rule_version). PLT-13 (#1258): the B15 physics gate wired into battery admissibility. B15 SHIPS INACTIVE AND GATES NOTHING IN THIS RELEASE. The contract reads status DEVELOPMENT_ADOPTED_B15 with validity_status PENDING_SCIENCE_OWNER, and it carries no probes_path, so the gate cannot evaluate without an operator-supplied, digest-pinned probe plan that is deliberately not in the repository. An inactive gate in a release otherwise reads to a later reader as a gate that passed. It did not run. This tag records producer-code identity at a commit. It is not a scientific qualification, a security acceptance, a LIVE authorization or a launch. The exposure it enables is still gated, in order, on the offline ingress check, then the hard §5.3 go/no-go with the URL unpublished, then #1255. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 [email protected]
