How to read this
Switched off is a choice, not a fault — a feature the owner has not turned on. It never counts against the headline.
No data yet means the series is real but too short to answer with. Bittensor keeps no history of past epochs or pruned state, so nothing here can be backfilled: a series that started yesterday is one day long, and no amount of work changes that.
Stale means a refresh that should have happened has not. Wherever that affects a figure, the figure itself shows — rather than a stale number. Why we do that.
