producer-code-r8.1
About SN116 Carbon
Producer-side code release for the AX42 startup host, cut at main 038fd24 on the owner's direct word ("Cut r8.1 now"), immediately after #1110 merged. Why this exists: r8's own message records that two of the owner's three them. The r8 tag is left exactly where it is — re-pointing it would make its recorded evidence false for the commit it names, which is the silent reinterpretation invariant 10 forbids. What r8.1 adds over r8 (producer-code-r8, 0e5eb84): #1110, VALIDATOR-26b: the owner's three #1101 conditions, enforced in code rather than described. The deployment's score term must carry decision, naming an OWNER-...-NN record. check_decision refuses unless a file under .agent/decisions/ has a heading naming that record AND its text contains both the candidate id and the registry sha256 (registered_score_decision_unrecorded, registered_score_decision_mismatch). So a candidate change cannot take effect without an owner record naming it. The producer commits the active term with every window, and a validator refuses a window naming another term (answer_key_score_mismatch), checked before the rule digest so the refusal names the cause. A candidate change is a new deployment state (a changed rule), so it applies from that deployment's first window; nothing carries back into an open or past window. There is a named test for each of the three. OWNER-BATTERY-SCORE-CANDIDATE-01: the active registered score candidate is registry v5's G-FEAS/A-Q>@0.05 (sha 70f2943814db...), not v4's G-FEAS/A-Q (sha 4479...). Same score, same 0.05 gate; v5 only fixes the gate's reading so that exactly 0.05 passes. The owner confirmed this directly, in the PR Head session, as his own condition 1 requires. #1080, the bounded three-Challenge evidence runner (real execution stays fail closed: typed refusals, a euro pilot cap, and receipts bound to the plan digest, so an approval cannot be reused across plans); #1091, bolted-joint rehearsal preparation; #1105 and #1108, the takeover-rules survey
