About SN116 Carbon
Producer-side code release for the AX42 startup host, cut at main 0e5eb84 on the owner's direct word ("Merge #1101; r8 cut after it merges"), immediately after #1101 merged. r7.1 carried the score proof (#1070, #1090); this is the separate cut he reserved for VALIDATOR-26. What r8 adds over r7.1 (producer-code-r7.1, 72be83a): #1101, VALIDATOR-26: the validator scores by a registered score-tuning candidate (rule v3-bank-sched). The rule names REGISTERED_SCORE as a marker and takes its term (registry, registry_sha256, candidate) from the deployment's configuration, so the rule's digest binds the term. The candidate is loaded from its committed registry and refused unless the registry's computed sha256 equals the configured digest, refused if the candidate id is unknown, and refused if the term's shape is wrong. The score runs through score_tuning's own member_legs, score_member and gate_verdict, never a second implementation. The daemon never imports the value-analysis code: an operator entry point installs it, and without it the deployment scores nothing (intake admits only, each screening types FAILED_INFRA, which is invariant 7). #1089, LEVEL-AWARE-PROOF-01: a panel member verified at its own level. #1094, VERIFY-AWARE-SCORE-CODE-01: a DEVELOPMENT-only, purely prospective VERIFY-R leg. Not adopted; it does not change the frozen v5 parser, and a later registry adopter can bind it. #1061, benchmark readiness for backward-facing-step; #1093, main-backed BFS and MG preparation; #1097, custody host files may name a recorded extension (-02, -03) of the standing custody record, each checked against a decision record whose heading names it; #1100, CI shard rebalancing; #1104, the Docker Hub mirror extended to the two image-building jobs. The owner's security review of #1101 (given directly, 2026-10-11): approved, with three conditions on operator configuration selecting the registered scoring candidate. Changes are owner-only, with a decision record naming candidate and di
