About SN116 Carbon

Producer-side code release for the AX42 startup host, cut at main 3a6dfdd on the owner's direct word. What r6 adds over r5 (3d436b5): #932's ENFORCED network scoping on GPU admission. Each accepted device class now names its networks -- "networks": ("testnet",) -- and require_accepted(device_kind, profile_id, network) refuses any other network and refuses an unknown network (None), at the deployment and in the carrier before each GPU run. r5 carried the unenforced form, as its own annotation stated. #912, Level 4 on the testnet ladder via signed envelope parts. Inertness, re-derived at this exact commit (not carried over from r5): 17 modules reachable at import time from the five producer entry points (challenge_validator.producer, challenge_validator. startup_shard, battery_bank, battery_quiz, battery.intake). No level2/3/4 module loaded at import time. No level2/3/4 module behind a function-body (deferred) import. Non-vacuity probe: seeded from carbon.battery.level2 the same scan reports level2, level2_specmuon and level2_worker, so the empty result above is a finding, not a broken scan. Caveat: the scan is static (AST import-time reachability). It does not prove runtime inertness under reflection, importlib by computed name, or subprocess entry, and it is not a security qualification. carbon.battery.implementation_versions.CURRENT = 3.0 at this commit. Scope: UNQUALIFIED_PUBLIC_DEVELOPMENT. security_acceptance: HUMAN_INPUT. This tag is a code identity for deployment, not a scientific, security or production qualification of anything it contains.
