Scale the miner pool by recent swap fees Each scoring round multiplies every lane pool by miner_share = min(1, FEE_POOL_MULTIPLE x fees_24h / miner_emission_24h); the undistributed remainder recycles to RECYCLE_UID as before. fees_24h is the SwapCompleted fee over the trailing pool window, now stored on clearing_rates (new fee column, old rows read 0). Lamport fees convert to TAO at the median sol<->tao rate the validator cleared in the window, else the last good rate. miner_emission_24h is the subnet's per-block alpha emission x 0.41 x blocks in the window, valued at the subnet alpha price. A failed input keeps the last persisted share; a new validator starts at 0. Convert lamport fees at a fixed-hour market rate; value emission at the moving price Lamport swap fees convert to TAO at sol_usd / tao_usd from CoinGecko at one fixed UTC hour (the last full hour at least 10 minutes old), so every validator derives the same rate. The rate is fetched once per hour and kept in relay_meta with its hour; a round makes up to 3 attempts within 10 s and otherwise keeps the last rate (WARNING, or ERROR past 24 h). With no rate yet, lamport fees are skipped and TAO fees still count. A fee backing with no conversion is now skipped with a warning instead of holding the whole round's share. The emission value uses the subnet's moving alpha price. Trim the fee-scaled pool tests Same coverage in 22 tests: related cases parametrized or merged, overlapping ones dropped. No behaviour change.
