About SN14 Cacheon
This branch was the wrong worktree for many days. It carries 28 commits not in ops-fifo-green-20260810, all Aug 4-11 FIFO-screen and commissioning work that the live branch superseded with its production two-lane resident qualification, plus the V2 finite-debt and box-certificate files retired deliberately by e82d32b and 96a3228. Not merged: 54 files overlap with ops-fifo-green's changes, so a merge would resolve older content against live production code for nothing we want. Tagged 2026-08-17 to keep the history reachable, then abandoned in favour of ops-fifo-green-20260810 as the single branch.
