Casualty: the V1 dense gathered/summed-head ABI, duplicate by-value binding state machines, stale target-unavailable fences, and dated production incident prose. Evidence: final-tree direct TP4 B-vs-C at 8192 input / 1024 output tokens matched stock exactly; every rank fired/completed once with zero fallback/load failure; host extraction manifest fe441685f3730f507257030ca087d9e536a65bc5b40e9c2c2ec270f80d8b8ff1.
