Named as the recovery coordinate by e82d32b 'Extract the inactive V2 finite-debt economics from the tree'. V2 is tabled, not abandoned, and this commit was dangling: not an ancestor of main and referenced by nothing, so it was a garbage-collection candidate. Tagged 2026-08-17 to make the restore point durable before ops-fifo-green-20260810 merges and removes V2 from main's tip.
