The Blackwall
Im going to piggy back on a prior post considering Cyberpunk2077 possibilities. I feel this is more dystopian and less likely…But science fiction aside, it’s interesting to consider how an adversarial approach to AI security plays out in future. Is TAO incentivizing the good, the bad, the indifferent? Or are our programs a reflection of our own society and how we treat one another. What is the Blackwall? The Real Nature: Publicly, the Blackwall is an advanced software barrier. In reality, it is a living, adaptive AI created in 2044 to fight off the chaotic, military-grade rogue AIs left behind after the DataKrash. The Danger Behind It: The old net is overrun by hostile, sentient agents and corrupted systems that view human life as a minor obstacle or a resource to consume.
