Full runtime integration suite passes; a chopsticks dry-run over live 92022 state confirms the upgrade applies (reports 92023, V14, tx1), the on_idle prune runs paged and bounded, an hourly charge settles, and the block stays well within budget. Supersedes the provisional rc2 draft (blake2_256 0x114606…) built from 873384f. Draft: not for publication. Submit only after Julien reproduces the srtool build from 083b842 (same image digest), confirms the compressed blake2_256 0x779cef…, and signs set_code.
