SN21 training data v5: the rules from 2026-10-30. 27,325 episodes, windows 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-14, every one with 7/14/28-day labels. What is new. v4's windows, Search campaigns only (records on campaigns recorded as another type are left out). Payloads carry the change descriptions and account context that live baskets carry from the run of 2026-10-30 (descriptor on each action, bundle_summary.change_descriptor, action_bundle.change_context), and the account's industry path one level up, without hierarchy_id. See MINER_MODEL_SPEC.md. Labels. Measured as from 2026-10-30 (SN21_SCORING.md): cost, conversions and efficiency deltas against the 28 days before the change, every day with data counted in both periods, over the 7, 14 and 28 days after the change window, each with a 7-day settling period. No efficiency result when the period after spent money and got no conversions; no conversion or efficiency result when fewer than 3 conversions were expected after the change. Those fields are null; cost_delta_pct is still there and still scored. efficiency_delta_pct is the CPA delta on a cpa goal basis and the conversion-value delta on a conversion_value basis. Every record has all three horizons. Codes. Account, campaign and ad group codes are new to this slice: records cannot be joined to v4 or earlier. Area type. Where the area type would narrow a group of industry, currency and spend band to fewer than 10 accounts, it is withheld and geo.coverage says withheld_k_anonymity. Record format. {episode_id, input, labels}: input is a daily basket episode exactly as the executor serves it ({episode_id, transition_key, payload, system_estimate}); labels per horizon carry cost_delta_pct, conversions_delta_pct, efficiency_delta_pct, goal_basis and finalized_on, as the scorer reads them.
