Validator-only fix: the capacity probe checks the miners' signed answers after the probe window; with ~310 scoring slots (multi-model hotkeys) the slots checked last were rejected as stale and their probe counted 0. The validator's nonce store now keeps nonces for at least 600 s. Validators on rc10/rc10.post1 should upgrade. Weights version 1250 unchanged; miners need no update.
