Thank you for making it happen.π¦π© Two things stood out: β Physical AI was still a niche. By my count it was maybe 2% of what was on show. β Agents were everywhere, with many teams building their own version of the same software. When anyone can ship an agent in a weekend, software alone stops being a moat. The hard problems move to the real world: hardware, weather, night operations and aviation regulation. That's our focus at Swarm. We're the autonomy layer for unmanned aircraft, starting with SWARM Sentinel, a docked drone built to patrol and inspect critical infrastructure day and night.
