Validator v2.0.42: runtime contract on claim and delivery load (oro-env-runtime 3.1.0) Pin oro-env-runtime 3.1.0 and oro-sdk 2.1.0. Load deliveries with the runtime's check_epoch plus the existing sha256 and roster binding. A delivery whose runtime contract differs from this runtime's RUNTIME_CONTRACT, or that declares none, is refused with that reason. The tool and verifier version labels no longer gate loading. Send RUNTIME_CONTRACT on work claims; the Backend hands out only work delivered for that contract. The runtime's task model no longer carries generator fields: the local runner identifies race rows by their grader alone, and the environment preflight reads accepted keys from the delivered rows. Rebuild the bundled local-test pack with runtime contract 1.
