Miner image on bittensor 10.5.0. Fixes the miner sync loop failing against the current finney runtime with Invalid type for data: 51 of type <class 'int'>, type_def: Composite. bittensor 9.10.1 cannot encode netuid for the current runtime, so bootstrap never completes, and the 2-minute reconnect loop leaks a task and ~60 MB per cycle until the process dies and port 8000 stops answering. bittensor 9.10.1 -> 10.5.0, async-substrate-interface 1.5.2 -> 2.2.1 bittensor config resolved by direct assignment (>=10.3.2 ignores argparse defaults and otherwise silently falls back to finney) central mode serves executors from a bulk portal snapshot (CENTRAL_MODE only) No protocol changes, no alembic migrations.
