refactor: split project architecture and update to v0.0.6

Separate miner and worker components into independent repositories Remove worker components from miner codebase for better modularity Update version to 0.0.6 with architectural improvements Enable independent deployment and scaling of miner and worker services This refactoring improves the project's maintainability and allows for more flexible deployment strategies in the distributed compute network. BREAKING CHANGE: Worker components have been moved to a separate repository. Users must now deploy workers independently using the byteleap-Worker repository.
