Verathos v0.1.40 — Capacity Audit Scheduling Stability
About SN96 Verathos
Verathos v0.1.40 improves hot-capacity audit coordination under overlapping selection windows. What changed Validators now retain every endpoint selected by the public, miner-reproducible capacity-audit predicate. Capacity-audit cooldown and routing drain now cover the complete evidence lifecycle, preventing a healthy endpoint from receiving a second conflicting obligation while its first audit is still active. Selection probability, audit workload, proof verification, scoring policy, signed model artifacts and wire formats are unchanged. Updating Validators and API gateways using the standard auto-updater will adopt v0.1.40 automatically at an idle update boundary. Miners remain on v0.1.39 and do not restart for this validator-only release. Manual validator installations can update using the standard installer.
