Hashes on the blockchain: Instead of communicating the hashes using a synapse, miners now have to commit their hashes to the blockchain, while validators read them from the blockchain some minutes later. This update brings us another step closer to a completely transparent and verifiable ecosystem for everyone.

SN18 Zeus at a glance
SN18, Zeus (α token σ), is one of the independent markets on the Bittensor network, each with its own α token and its own price. Its α currently trades at 0.003842 τ (≈ $0.87), against 9,928 τ of pool liquidity. On-chain, the best-delegated validator on it yields about 23.2% APR, emissions add 0.000250 τ to the pool each block, epochs run every 1800 blocks. It was registered at block #1,604,679.
