This release publishes lium-core version 0.1.13 to PyPI. It adds miner_payment_min_tao and miner_payment_min_usd to shared configuration, with defaults of 0.0021 TAO and $0.50. Existing configuration payloads remain compatible. It also includes previously unpublished fallback GPU pricing updates for NVIDIA B300 and RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell. B300 SXM6 PC uses the same fallback price and deposit as B300 SXM6 AC. This release publishes the Python package only. It does not deploy miners, executors, or validators
