Redeploy underway: back online at test-level emissions

The infra migration is done. Staging has moved fully to production, with final checks and bomb-proofing before going properly live. Emissions run at a fractional test level while the front end and app get their remaining updates. Full emissions resume once monitoring is settled and three days of performance data have been reviewed. Expect brief downtime in the Train at Home app, its supporting API
