Each round, a validator will query miners, verify their commit/reveal submissions against the active schema, and aggregate the valid ones into a quality-weighted median, weighted by each miner's accuracy history. The result will be a signed publication any consumer can fetch and verify. Later, once market data is in, validators will score those submissions against what actually happened, and accuracy will translate directly into weight, feeding into Bittensor's emission mechanism.
