umi subnet@umi_sn78UMI Cohort 4 results are out. 174 miners competed on Bittensor SN78 to translate American Sign Language into English. Here's what we learned: 1. Fingerspelling is solved. The top miner hit a perfect 1.0, and several others scored above 0.97. 2. Continuous signing is the real challenge. Natural, flowing sign language is much harder than spelling letter by letter, and it carries most of the score weight. That's where the race is now. 3. UID 245 took #1 with its own model, leading on both fingerspelling and continuous signing.
