Taostats issue—cant sell subnet?

I’ve been using taostats for over 9-12 months and have bought and sold many subnets through it. The last few days I’ve tried selling a subnet (RedTeam) in a small amount and it says the transaction went through but my balances dont change. This morning I tried again and same thing except I also got an error message on the bottom saying something about a shielded transaction. Anyone else having this problem?
